While social media can seem overwhelming for some, knowing how different platforms can serve you is the first step. Learn, discuss and share ways to:

- build identity, conversations, relationships and reputation

- monitor activities in terms of ‘impact’ on your target audience

- expose your brand through sharing, retweeting, and re-pinning

- work to the strengths of each platform, and

- gain new leads for creative projects and employment
